Shipping Rates and Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your region and the shipping method selected. Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed. Please note that carrier transit times do not include order processing time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Inventory Levels, Backorders, and Pre-Order Items

Inventory Levels

Cashélysée, along with Canadian Diamond Boyz and Gold Teeth Canada, offers a variety of designs and sizes based on combined inventory across all warehouses. While we work diligently to keep stock levels accurate, certain items may occasionally be unavailable at the time of purchase.
If an item in your order is not immediately available, you will be contacted within 1–2 business days to discuss a substitution or timeline update.

Backorders

Most online items are typically in stock, however fluctuations in sales and inventory may result in some pieces being temporarily unavailable.
If your order contains a backordered item:

  • Your entire order will be held until the item is restocked

  • Replenishment typically occurs within 1–2 weeks, though this may vary

  • Your payment method will be charged at checkout

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order products are not yet in stock but will be arriving soon.
Please note:

  • Payment is processed at checkout

  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship once all items are available

Orders shipping within Canada are fulfilled from our Canadian warehouse and will incur applicable federal and provincial taxes, including:

U.S. Orders
