Return & Refund Policy — Cashélysée

The Company (Canadian Diamond Boyz, Gold Teeth Canada, Cashélysée) is committed to creating and delivering jewelry of the highest quality. Because each order placed through our online store is considered a custom order, crafted specifically at the request of you, the client, we do not offer refunds for purchases due to a change of mind. Most pieces require several days to several weeks to create from start to finish, depending on the design and production schedule.

However, in certain circumstances, select items may be eligible for partial store credit or an exchange. Eligibility is determined solely at the discretion of the Company and only if the item is returned in a salable, unworn, and unaltered condition within 10 days of the date you received it.
Restocking and reconditioning fees may apply.

All shipping costs are non-refundable unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Returns must be approved in advance.


Personalized Engraving

Jewelry that has been custom engraved or otherwise personalized is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.


Return Process & Shipping Instructions

To begin the return process, you must contact the Company in advance to confirm whether your item qualifies for return.
If an item is deemed ineligible, the Company is not responsible for return shipping fees.

If you are returning an item in person at one of our retail locations, you must present your original invoice at the time of the return.

Please allow 2–3 weeks from the date your return is shipped for processing. If approved, your store credit or exchange value will be applied to your account with the Company.
